Https and safe transfer

Our site is covered by an SSL encryption. If you want to make sure that a page is encrypted with SSL, there will be https instead of just http in the browser's address bar and most browsers will also show a padlock.

The purpose of SSL encryption is to ensure secure data communication between a server (our website) and the client (your computer). This includes a digital certificate that will prove that the site and its sender are genuine.

Information capsules on Medox.co.uk

CoreTrek AS supplies the publishing tool for our website and is also responsible for technical development, operation, and maintenance of our site. These are the information capsules that CoreTrek uses on the pages of our website:

To ensure the proper functioning of the publication solution: Cookie CorePublishSesssion. This cookie is deleted from your computer when you close your browser.
To identify what type of device and browser you are using: Cookie Ctdevicecachekey. This cookie lasts one week and enables our website to present its content to the correct type of device (PC, cell phone, tablet-PC etc.).

Web Analysis

Medpalett AS stores visitor's statistics for the entire website. These statistics are generally used to further develop the website. We use Google Analytics to generate visitor data. IP addresses are not stored and it is not possible for us to link visitor statistics with the individual visitor.

Visitor statistics are only made available to Medpalett AS.

Sharing

We offer an opportunity to forward articles via e-mail and share articles via social media. E-mail addresses that are used to forward articles are not recorded or logged. Further processing of data that is shared via social media is regulated by the agreement you have with your online service provider.

Statistics and logs

Information is stored in the statistical and log files when you browse our website.

We also store the user agent, IP address and what page a visitor viewed in the web server’s logs. These logs are used exclusively for troubleshooting and security purposes, and no data is taken from the logs or used otherwise. The logs are deleted at regular intervals (usually every 4 weeks). Only web server administrators (operations) can access them.

Nettstedet vårt dekkes av kryptering med https. Hvis du vil forsikre deg om at en side er kryptert, vil det stå https i stedet for bare http i nettleserens adressefelt og de fleste nettlesere vil også vise en hengelås.

Det er CoreTrek AS som leverer publiseringsverktøy til vår hjemmeside og som står for teknisk utvikling, drift og vedlikehold. Dette er informasjonskapsler CoreTrek benytter seg av her på vår hjemmeside:

For å få publiseringsløsningen til å fungere: Kapselen CorePublishSesssion. Kapselen fjernes fra datamaskinen når du lukker nettleseren.
For å identifisere hvilken type enhet og nettleser du bruker: Kapselen Ctdevicecachekey. Kapselen har en varighet på en uke og gjør det mulig for vår nettside å presentere innhold til riktig type enhet (pc, mobil, nettbrett, etc.).

Webanalyse

Medpalett lagrer besøksstatistikk for hele nettstedet. Statistikken skal hovedsaklig brukes til å videreutvikle nettstedet. Vi benytter Google Analytics til å lagre besøksdata. IP-adresser lagres ikke og det er ikke mulig for oss å knytte besøksstatistikk opp mot den enkelte besøkende.

Besøksstatistikken er kun tilgjengelig for web-redaksjonen og IT-avdelingen i Medpalett.

Deling

Vi har lagt inn muligheten for å videresende artikler i epost og dele artikler i sosiale medier. E-post-adresser som brukes til å videresende artikler, logges ikke. Videre håndtering av data som deles i sosiale medier, reguleres av din avtale med det aktuelle nettsamfunnet.

Statistikk og logg

Når du leser vår nettsider, vil det bli lagret informasjon i statistikk- og logg-filer.

Systemet lagrer user agent, ip-adresse og hvilken side den besøkende har besøkt i en rådata-tabell. Denne informasjonen blir i neste omgang benyttet til å generere statistikk for antall sidevisninger pr objekt (menypunkt, artikkel, fil), pr host og per søkeord. Alle data i rådatatabellen blir slettet etter 2 dager, og den gjenværende statistikken inneholder deretter bare oppsummerte data som ikke kan brukes til å identifisere hver enkelt bruker.

Vi lagrer user agent, ip-adresse og hvilken side den besøkende har besøkt i webserverens logger. Disse loggene blir utelukkende brukt til arbeid rundt feilsøking og sikkerhet, og ingen data blir trukket ut eller brukt fra disse loggene. Loggene slettes etter et gitt intervall (normalt 4 uker). Kun administratorer av webserveren (drift) har tilgang til disse.
